More Than Exercise
What makes senior exercise classes with Brenda Lee Rogers more enjoyable? It’s simple…with
her high-energy personality she brings laughter and fun to the class. Exercise is no longer drudgery.
Instead, it is something seniors look forward to.
Now in her 70’s this beautiful charming woman has the energy of someone half her age.
She inspires and motivates seniors, leaving them feeling better, happier and healthier.
She inherently knows what seniors need to add to the quality of their remaining years.
According to this dynamic fitness guru “as we get older, we still need to exercise but we
need to switch to gentler exercises.”
Even Brenda Lee’s parents enjoyed their fitness workouts with her. Her dad, lived to the ripe old age of 102 and her mother 93.
